The name Cossack entered the English language from the French Cosaque, in turn, probably via Polish from the Ukrainian Kozak rather than the modern Russian Kazak => (Kazakhstan).
Some of these dance moves are pretty hardcore and make John Travolta look like Napolean Dynamite.
