Below you can see the new Miss USA 2007 Rachel Renee Smith being crowned by Tara Connor Miss USA 2006.
A few days ago they celebrated 90 days of sobriety for Tara Conner. It will be interesting to see where Tara Conner goes from here. Her controversial behavior was afterall fairly typical for someone of her generation now days.
