I’d estimate that 95% of the convential wisdom on health, fitness and losing weight is complete garbage based on false truths. Many myths have been created about how to stay healthy and lean.

By following conventional advice I visited the gym for 6 months and got zero results. By following the advice of guys like Paul Chek and Art De Vany I managed lose just over 25 pounds of body fat in 2 months and keep it off for 2 years without any special effort.

In fact I started working out even less than what I had been doing six months prior.
