Here’s a monkey drinking water in the hot northeastern Indian city of Siliguri.

I put this in the cute animals category even though monkeys can be pretty vicious - and they’re beady eyed.

Siliguri is a rapidly developing metropolis in the Indian state of West Bengal with 3/4’s of a million people which is pretty small for an Indian city.

India is an interesting place.

I think recently Richard Gere had a warrant issued for his arrest for kissing Shilpa Shetty and now he rings her everyday to make sure shes ok - or something like that.

Well I can empathize with this monkey drinking water out of a tap like this on a hot summers day. Everyone knows what it is to thirst.
