Well I don’t know if Michelle Malkin deserves to be called a fascist when she’s just your run of the mill conservative. (I’m not a liberal by the way but I guess if I was political I’d be a Libertarian)

Shes done amazingly well with her Michelle Malkin blog - (at least as far as blogs go) she’s been at the top of the heap for a long time.

In March 2006 she parlayed her Michelle Malkin blog success into Hot Air with her husband Jessie Malkin which went from 0 - 60,000 visitors per day in less than 6 months.

When you combine that traffic with Michelle Malkin she must be at least making $1000 a day with advertising. (maybe even more than $2500 per day in advertising)

She has crappy add placement though.

Plus she has all kinds of special guest appearances in O’Reily and other TV show conservatives.

So she must be doing alright overall.

It’s a fine example of making money out of doing what you love. In Michelle’s case its writing about conservative politics.

And like oh my gosh she’s actually pretty cute. More so than good old Paris Hilton who is also from the Brand Yourself brigade. Of course Michelles niche and strategy are slightly different mediums but they both use the Law of Power number 6 - Court Attention at All Costs.

Michelle courts attention via outrageous conservatism while Paris continually exposes herself.

Michelle on her blog often has stuff to do with the war and immigration. And of course she loves taser toting police officers. (The police now days love to taser.)

Nothing against people in the military but I’ve always wondered why troops deserve special sympathy compared to some kid starving in Sudan, some Eastern European woman who has been forced into slavery.
