Bodyweight exercises are the ultimate anywhere exercise. All you need is a space of 6 foot by 6 foot and you’re good to go. (Maybe a little bigger if you’re a giant).

Back in Bodyweight Exercise Fitness post I covered a great book you can get called Pushing Yourself to Power. Well now I have a list of a whole lot of other great books you can get on bodyweight exercises here.

I said I’d be doing a series of articles on the tabata protocol and I haven’t gotten around to it yet but soon I will be including some video footage. I’ll be doing tabata some video’s on how you can do the tabata protocol with bodyweight exercises.
