House prices are out of control all over the world. 20 years a go 2 times the median income could by a house. Now it takes 5 times the median income in many western nations.
Baby boomers own most of the wealth. Generation X’s are slackers anyway. Generation Y just has no clue.
When the transference of wealth happens from the baby boomers a select few Generation X’s and Generation Y’s will suck up all the money.

Press Releases should sound more like tabloid headlines - or just really good news.
