Art De Vany - 60+ Year old Reveals Secret to Caveman Strength
Art De Vany Evolutionary Fitness - 60 year old man reveals the secret to his youthful health and strength.
Arthur S. De Vany, professor of economics at the University of California, Irvine has had his theories of Evolutionary Fitness published in New Scientist.
After reading De Vany’s theories and applying them I was able to lose 27 pounds in 2 months. This was after struggling to lose any weight at all after months of using standard gym programs. Its been easy to keep off and even better the workouts take hardly anytime at all.
Essentially Art De Vany proposes that random intermittent, intense exercise in brief spurts promotes hormone drives that quench hyperinsulinemia and build muscle and bone density that keep you young and lean.
100,000 generations of humans have lived as hunters and gatherers, 500 generations as farmers, and only 10 generations have lived in the industrial age. In terms of genetic makeup, we are still hunters and gatherers.
You are a cave ‘person’ so base your exercise and diet patterns on the lifestyle of a cave person for ultimate fitness.
De Vany is in prime shape for a sixty plus western male but claims he would only be of average fitness when compared to the typical paleolithic. De Vany’s book Evolutionary Fitness is one that is awaited with anticipation amongst fitness buffs.
