Perfect10 is a nude model magazine which also has a website. Google has been sued and lost for using thumbnail photo’s in the image search section with links to the Perfect 10 site.

Google claimed that the thumbnail images in the Perfect 10 site constituted fair use but the judge said no go.

This is a lame call by the judge. Perfect 10’s website designers could have prevented search bots from indexing the images with a simple robot.txt file.
