Steve Foley of the San Diego Charger’s has been shot 3 times by an off duty cop in dodgy circumstances.
No charges have been laid against Steve Foley at this stage. The cop was off duty in a plain clothes car. He demanded on several occasions for Steve Foley to stop - would you necessarily stop if some random guy waving a gun at you in a plain clothes car told you stop.
